What happens if some of the equipment gets damaged

Any equipment returned damaged will be charged for at full repair/replacement cost.

do i need to pay a deposit

We only require a cash deposit when the goods are not being home delivered or paid for in cash. When picking up goods from our premises, a €100.00 cash or valid credit card deposit is required.

What time to your deliver/collect the equipment

Standard delivery / collection times are between 9am – 9pm, Monday – Friday.
Requested delivery or collection outside of these times are subject to additional charges.

what means of payment do you accept

All Prop Me Up orders can be paid for by cash, debit or credit card. Orders being delivered must be paid for in full before the goods are dispatched.

Does the hiring of services require a contract?

No. By renting from Prop Me Up, our terms and conditions are automatically accepted by the customer.
